Conference facilities at Newquay Sports and Community Centre
Whatever your occasion the Newquay Sports & Community Centre offers a first class, bright and airy facility that boasts panoramic bay windows overlooking the impressive grounds. We can arrange the seating and tables to suit; and accommodate your presentation (Powerpoint/DVD/Video) needs with our comprehensive audio-visual equipment, including, remote controlled ceiling mounted projector and screen, plus our portable projector, overhead projector, flip charts and plasma screen are readily available.
For any delegates that may experience a degree of hearing loss, we can also supply a portable induction loop. Full photocopy, fax and internet access is also available.
The
Function Room comfortably seats up to 80 individuals. Any food and refreshments
can be provided by the onsite caterer, with the fully licensed bar available
at your request.
In addition to our main function room, we also have a smaller meeting room that can accommodate up to 12 delegates.
With ample free parking available, up to 140 cars, plus comfortably accommodating coaches, there are also cycle racks available as well as showering and changing facilities should they be required.
