The historic Kings Arms Inn is set in the mining town of St Just. The Inn was constructed in the early 14th Century to provide accommodation for the builders of the town church that is situated next door to the Inn. Since new owners, Brad and Molly Atherton, took over in November 2009, the Kings Arms has become the home of good honest fresh food, traditional Cornish ales and fine wines, which are all served up with friendly hospitality in good old fashioned surroundings of low beamed ceilings, granite walls and beautiful open fires.The Kings Arms also plays host to the Famous Cape Singers each Friday evening at 9.00 pm.

'Best Newcomers'. - 17/09/2010
Landlords of the King's Arms, Brad and Molly Atherton picked up a 'Best Newcomer' Gold Plague at the National finals of the Great British Pub Awards 2010, held last week in London. The couple were welcomed back to the King's Arms as heroes by staff and customers.

At the Great British Pub Awards 2010 The King's Arms, St Just, was crowned Best Turnaround Business and it's landlords Best Newcomers in the South West. The pub now goes through to the national finals at the awards ceremony in London on September 9th.
