New Novel from Cornish Author - 21/10/2011
A new novel by Cornish author Jane Pollard is to be launched at the end of the month. Set in Cornwall, Taken to Heart unfolds against the backdrop of the development of a village harbour.
Jane lives in Mylor and has written nearly 30 novels. Just under half of these are historical romances based in Cornwall and written under the pseudonym of Jane Jackson.
Taken to Heart picks up the story of Jenefer Trevanion, who appeared in Devil’s Prize. A powerful and moving love story this new novel explores the conflicts involved between villagers who want expansion and those resistant to the development for the disruption they fear it will bring.
