This small neighbourhood deli and fully licensed tapas bar nestles cosily close to the U.C.F. Wood Lane campus. Freshly caught Falmouth Bay crabs and prawns, wild mushrooms, octopus from the local waters or freshly shot game; at any one time this is a typical snapshot of what’s available for the discerning diner.

Lunch specials include freshly made paddle crab bisque or a bouillabaisse, Spanish tortilla, seasonal soups, Provedore’s own “sausage Wellingtons”, or warmed brownies and crème fraiche. Boccadillos, and foccaccia paninis are made to order (eat in or take out). Authentic Spanish tapas is served every Thursday and Friday night from 6pm. Paella catering is available for weddings and private parties and, by prior arrangement, can be cooked authentically for groups at Provedore; please enquire for details on this as well as other regular special tapas and bistro evenings. Provedore’s other great obsession is coffee, with all staff trained to barista level and capable of crafting the perfect espresso shot every time. Open 9am-4pm Tuesday-Friday; for Tapas 6pm-10pm Thursday and Friday ; 9am-1.30pm on Saturdays for breakfast menu only. Check our website for seasonal openings.
