On the outskirts of Fowey, tucked away by the slipway for the Bodinnick Ferry, Chuffers Restaurant was recently described by one diner as ‘a hidden delight’.

The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, with sofas to enjoy a drink before the meal and candles on the tables in the evening. The menu is a balanced selection, using local produce from land and sea. Cornwall’s fabulous food is used to create dishes full of flavour & texture that change throughout the year. From early new potatoes to strawberries; from scallops to lemon sole; from venison to pork; they all play a part. Desserts are all home made too; not forgetting the wonderful hand made ice
