Sustainable fish accolade - 29/11/2011
Along with Scotts of Mayfair and Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Porthminster Beach Cafe in St Ives has been given campaigning restaurant guide Fish2fork's highest sustainable rating.
Porthminster Beach Cafe uses local suppliers wherever possible, with the majority of its seafood coming from the South West, including St Ives, Newlyn, Looe and Mevagissey.
