Modern rustic cooking. Local seasonal organic produce and local game and fish are used in our daily menus. We have a daily menu which reflects the produce available to us on the day. The meat from the butcher may vary through the course of the week, the fish that is caught varies with the season and the weather, and as the seasons change different vegetables are available. All this mean we can produce a fresh, exciting menu all year round. All bread, pastries, ice-creams, sorbets & desserts are made on the premises.
